Main Features of cassava crushing   machinery : 

The rasper is extensively utilized in starch manufacturing to comminute raw materials.
Constructed from stainless steel, its rotor is forged from specialized stainless steel and fitted with hundreds of cutting files. These reversible files feature a custom design with a 1.25mm thickness. Mounted between two conical plates, the files are secured by pins within tapered slots for effortless replacement.
Boasting a compact structure and high rotational speed — with a linear velocity of 100m/s and a rotational speed of 2200r/min — this rasper produces a fine, uniformly dispersed slurry and ensures thorough starch extraction from processed materials.
